Abstract
|
The effects of time delay and phase of two-color mid-infrared field on the high-order harmonic spectra have been theoretically studied. It is shown that when the time delay and phases are chosen to be -1.0 fs, 0.2π and 0, respectively, the harmonic cutoff can be remarkably extended, showing an ultrabroad water window harmonic plateau. Furthermore, the harmonic extension is not very sensitive to the controlling laser wavelength. For instance, in the cases of the above time delay and phases, the water window harmonic plateau can also be obtained when the controlling wavelength is chosen from 2300 nm to 2700 nm. Finally, by superposing the harmonics on the spectral plateau, the water window isolated attosecond pulse with the duration of 35 as can be obtained. |
